Skill is how effective they are right now, not potential — it's the number the plan leans on hardest, because with no positions out there the only lever left is who is on together. Hands controls goal. Set someone to Not today and they won't keep at all; everyone else shares the stints, with the better hands getting any spares and the shakier ones getting your stronger players in front of them. Engine is how long they last before the legs go.
Pairings
hard rules and known chemistryKeep apart is absolute. Add as many pairs as you need and pick where: on the field (never out there together, goal included), on the bench (never sitting out together) or field and bench. Play together is a preference the plan buys where it can.
